Let's face it...we all want to be our best and we all have the best intentions when it comes to being kind, saving our money, eating less, and setting goals, but life is busy and it's easy to get distracted by social media, our cell phones, family life and our to do lists...and before long, days and weeks go by and we are still treading water when it comes to our dreams.
What if all we need is a little reminder...a gentle nudge...a moment to realign our energy and tune our thoughts to what is possible? The Law of Attraction is talked about often as a powerful tool for attracting what we want, but most of us don't realize that we are asking for all of the wrong things by accident...by complaining and thinking negative thoughts, using unkind words toward ourselves, and allowing our bad habits to unconsciously run the same patterns over and over again, leaving us feeling that we are powerless to change. It's time to change our minds...create new habits...and get connected to our inner power, and start attracting what we DO want. It takes a little practice but using daily Meditation Affirmations Audios is a great start. Easy and simple to do, they are short, simple audio reminders and I AM statements designed to relax and inspire us and set our intentions to remember our best selves. They can be downloaded onto your I-pod or phone and listened to anywhere...on the bus, while walking your dog, in your car, or even while doing yoga. It only takes a few minutes each day and I would suggest setting time aside for these at least twice a day ...ideally first thing in the morning and then again before bed. But if you have the time and want to, it's easy to set the alarm on your phone to remind you to take a few minutes even on your lunch break and reset your mind. We all have to wait... in line at a doctor's office...for kids being picked up from school, or even at stop light and these can be optimum times for a quick mental, and emotional tune up. Once you get into the habit, you will begin to notice that your mind will make gentle shifts on its own. Your awareness of your thoughts and the words you use will shift and you will catch yourself getting better and better and becoming even more clear about what you really want.
